Caucasian Bear
We offer you
hunting to Mideastern Brown Bear in
Azerbaijan. Mideastern Brown Bear,
Urcus arctos syriacus - length of the trunk is 130-200 (250) cm and
weight is 100-350 kg. The fur is long, thick and rough, often feltens
and usually single-colored. The color is changeable, from
brownish-yellow to dark-brown. The bear has 40 teeth. They are able to
climb trees well, swim well and bathe. But while snowing it moves with
difficulty.
There are many
places in
Azerbaijan where you can hunt the bear. The most popular places where
you can hunt the bear are Ismayilli, Sheki, Gabala and Guba. Hunt for

Bear
hunt in the oat fields is traditional hun t.
It is organized in fall. Bear comes out on the oat fields to feed

Wolf
Wolf is a nice

According to the quality of furs (its color, softness and thickness) all
subspecies of foxes inhabiting within the borders of CIS are classified
into 37 types.
Mainly
foxes have "night-living" animals, but observed some species sleeping at
night and feeding afternoon.
Hare and
Jackal
We

jackal and foxes. You can easily find a place in
Azerbaijan for hunting these
animals, but we selected the most suitable places as Shamakhi, Bilasuvar,
Davachi.Generally we hold such kinds of hunting after the sunset when
all these animals leave their holes for nutrition.
 For
that kind of hunting we possess special equipped jeep with hatch by
which the shooting the animals is held. Specially placed
searchlight-lanterns in the jeep ransack the right and left, the hunter
should observe the running target and shoot in a time. The hunting is
very exciting. Specially when the rabbits starting to jump and turn off

hunter, but even a beginner has a great chance to hunt a rabbit, fox and

Brown Hare
Very
massive rabbit. The dimensions are 55-69 cm and weight of 4-5 kg,
maximum 7 kg. Generally it can be easily seen that Brown Hare is much
larger than that of White Hare.
 Living
surrounding for them is very large, especially in
Azerbaijan. Some individual and
geographical changes in colors occur in summer as well as in winter.
Rabbit is the
habitant of open surroundings. They can climb enough higher (3000 m) in
the
Caucasus and can be seen not only in rocky steppe but also in deciduous
forests.
Mainly rabbits
are active in sunset and at nights. They become most active after the
midnight and pre-morning hours.
Caucasian chamois and Deer
Caucasian
chamois live
everywhere in
Caucasus Mountains at the altitude from 800 to 1500 m. a.s.l. Length of
body 125-135sm,height 70-80sm,weight of he-male 30-50 kg, she-male 25-42
kg, length of horns 25 sm. We hunt Chamois in Azerbaijan - in Ismayilli
area and in Kuba known as the best places for hold hunting on Chamois in

Hunt is
organized following way: hunters with guides leave basic camp horseback
for 2 - 3 days to set up fly camp and to stalk on foot from there. The
group may go down to the basic camp for a day to rest and then go up in

helpers in the camp. Every hunter needs sleeping bag and warm clothes to
sleep in fly camp.
Deer
Carpeolus
the sole species considered to be simple dear family and American dear
family. However this species is special and differs from other deer
species. Deer (small deer) - small deer has a light and beautiful body
type with short trunk. The ears are long, sharp; tail is short and
covered with furs.
 The
hoofs of middle fingers are narrow (yellow color), the side hoofs are
short and up inclined. Thee body is more colored bright yellow in
summer, dull brown in winter. The horns are short, even the longest
(Asian Roe) horns are 1.5-2 times longer than the length of the head.
Usually the lengths of horns are same with the length of the head. The
horns set upright and has 3 (5 in Asian Roe) sprouts on the end part.

on water fowling birds (ducks & gooses) in Azerbaijan
